old vs new
We can deliver a session in your learning space. Each session lasts around 40 minutes and is suitable for up to 10 children aged 3 to 7 years. Alternatively we can loan our equipment and you can deliver the session yourself.
During the session children dress up in Victorian costumes. They sort objects into old and new and explore the differences. They can then match the old objects to their modern day equivalent and learn about their use.
This is a fun interactive session.

MUSEUM TOTS
Every Thursday morning during school term times we run a family session called Museum Tots. Each week the group visit different areas of the museum and explore our collections through a mix of song, games and crafts.
Afterwards everyone heads to the cafe for tea and a biscuit (included in the price).
Suitable for children aged 3 and above and their carers.
£5 per session for first child, £3.50 for additional child tickets
